Who is the retail partner program for?
The program is intended for computer service centers and businesses that help customers with computer repairs, setup, or maintenance. Contact our sales team to discuss whether your business is a suitable fit.
How long does the retail margin continue?
Retail partners receive a margin of 15%+ for the lifetime of the customer, for as long as they continue billing that customer for MaxBackups. The partner arrangement and applicable terms are discussed during enrollment.
Is this a referral commission?
No. This is a retail arrangement in which you maintain the customer relationship and bill your customers for the service. The margin is ongoing while you continue billing them, rather than a one-time referral commission.
Can I help customers using both Windows and Mac?
Yes. MaxBackups backs up selected files and folders on Windows PCs and Macs. Customers can choose the folders and backup schedules that suit their needs.
What should I include in my enquiry?
